How do I consult with a doctor/medical advisor?

Each of our members has access to a doctor dedicated to them, via the Loop app.

To connect with your MA, you need to -

Step-1: Log into the Loop Health app with your registered mobile number/email ID

Step-2: Select “Chat with Medical Advisor” on the home screen.

Alternatively, you can choose to click on the “My Advisor” link on the home screen
