The main difference between a Group Term Life Insurance Cover and Group Personal Accident Cover is that in GTL both natural and accidental death is covered however in GPA policy only accidental death is covered.
GPA policy also a disability cover. It also compensates for the financial loss caused due to total permanent disability or permanent partial disability. But the GTL policy provides only for unfortunate deaths during the policy term.
